Restoration and Interior Re-functionalisation Project

DescriptionConservative restoration’s project of the building - designed in 1911 by the engineer Enrico Bonicelli - involved the entire structure, from the external to the internal layout. The internal distribution has been redesigned in respect of the peculiarities of the building, by obtaining two housing units with the recovery of living space from the attic. Two dormer windows have been added to the roof proposing a solution in laminated wood, in accordance with the regulations on energy saving. The restoration of the Art Nouveau decorative system has brought to light the architectural value of the facades. |
